Service

Ping ("the Service") is a Slack application that provides SLA tracking, escalation, and on-call rotation management for Slack workspaces.

Eligibility

You must be a Slack workspace administrator to install Ping. By installing, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Plans and billing

Ping offers Free, Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($59/mo), and Business ($99/mo) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed escalations, delayed notifications, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may uninstall the app at any time from your Slack workspace settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
